What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, work email, and (if you request the Exposure Scan) your company, role, headcount range, the jurisdictions and decision areas you select, and anything you write in the free-text field. This site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept locally on your device and never sent to us. If you choose to open the call-booking window on the Contact page, the embedded Calendly scheduler loads at that moment and operates under Calendly's own privacy practices.
Why we collect it
To prepare and deliver your Exposure Snapshot, to reply to your messages, and (only if you checked the consent box) to follow up about your results. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own use. Form submissions are transmitted to our inbox by a form-delivery service acting on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Scan requests and correspondence are retained while we work together and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your choices
- Email hello@appliedoversight.com to access, correct, or delete anything you've sent us.
- Every follow-up email we send includes a working unsubscribe.
- California residents: the rights above are how we honor CCPA requests. Same address, no special form needed.
